Marco Sion Raccah collaborated with Bain & Company for institutional clients such as Deutsche Bank Real Estate and Eni, then spent ten years at Finance Roma, where he served as Executive Director and CEO, managing real estate investments and NPL credits. In 2016, he became General Manager of Aurora Capital, which was integrated into the illimity group in 2023, giving rise to ARECneprix. With over 16 years of experience in NPL investments and more than 19 years in the real estate sector, Raccah, in his new role as CEO, will further enhance the company's positioning as an operator capable of integrating the value chain in credit management: from special servicing activities to asset management and the enhancement of complex real estate projects.
