Portability

This page contains the key information you need if you wish to transfer payment services. This is a service required by law that enables only customer-users to:

• Transfer payment services active on the account held with the Original Bank to the account held with the New Bank;
• Transfer the positive balance on the account held with the Original Bank to the account held with the New Bank;
• Close the account held with the Original Bank.
