Means of appealing to the alternative dispute resolution bodies regarding investment services

If customers are not satisfied with the Bank’s reply after filing a complaint regarding investment services and activities or have not received a response within the period specified by law for the specific type of complaint (60 days) they may appeal to the following:

Ombudsman for Financial Disputes

For matters concerning disputes based on compliance by the Bank with its disclosure obligations and propriety and transparency responsibilities in contractual relationships with investors. The right to appeal to the ACF cannot be waived, even by clauses remitting disputes to other extra-judicial resolution bodies.
