The funds

iCCT - illimity Credit & Corporate Turnaround

The main aim of the illimity Credit & Corporate Turnaround fund is to make investments in the unlikely-to-pay loans and equity and semi-equity instruments of Italian SMEs that are financially out of balance but have sound revival prospects.

iREC - illimity Real Estate Credit

The illimity Real Estate Credit fund, active since August 2022, was formed on the joint initiative of illimity SGR and illimity Bank and operates mainly in the market of distressed credit secured on real estate assets, both UTP and NPL, and in that of equity, semi-equity and real estate instruments.

iSC - illimity Selective Credit

illimity Selective Credit is a private debt AIF that acts as a strategic medium-long term partner for performing unlisted Italian SMEs, funding these through the use of a wide range of financial instruments that range from senior loans to subordinated debt and/or quasi-equity instruments, with a focus on ESG issues throughout the entire investment process.
