Business support tools

Asset Based Solutions

Loans secured on assets.

Real Estate

We analyse situations involving loans secured by real estate assets, following and coordinating the whole negotiation and bidding process in order to establish and structure financial solutions with the aim of assisting the business and enhancing the value of the assets.

Energy

We restore value to impaired energy-producing assets, assisting businesses but also investing directly. In addition, we support investments in new production capacity or in any case those designed to accompany the country’s energy transition. We leverage on our deep-seated knowledge of the sector to provide customers with flexible solutions, more in line with their investment objectives, also by using securitisation structures.

Distressed Credit Investment

We invest in non-performing corporate loans classified as distressed or UTP (Unlikely-to-Pay) by purchasing loans sold by banks or other investors. We have a highly-specialised approach and pay close attention to the underlying: in particular, we have developed distinctive skills in the real estate, energy and public procurement claim segments. We do not only purchase loans, our aim is also to regenerate these to create value for businesses and the local area.

Credit & Asset Optimisation

We sell non-performing loans and real estate assets to third party investors, following the operation throughout from origination to closing.
