The excellent origination capacity of the Business Areas and the overall good performance of the loan portfolio were confirmed, as also highlighted by the significant early repayments made during the year (up from 2023).”

Specialised Credit
The objective of the Special Credit Division is to offer specialised credit solutions to small and medium-sized companies in complex financial situations following an asset-based approach, with a focus on real estate projects in the residential or hospitality sectors. The Bank intervenes in the restructuring of a company's debt with real estate as collateral, combining the ability to finance with the ability to manage the assets, thanks to the real estate expertise of the company ARECneprix and the ability to sell the assets of Quimmo, the portal dedicated to digital real estate brokerage. With this logic, the Bank is able to manage loans in the world of Real Estate and asset-based financing.
